Have been here many times and the staff is usually friendly and knowledgeable. Today the woman I worked with, Imani, was a bit rude and short tempered didn’t seem to know anything about their products and couldn’t (or wouldn’t?) answer basic questions about the product or give basic descriptions of them beyond the name. Unfortunately the staff is not all of the same level of knowledge about their own brand of products! Her bad service wasn’t enough to not return but I will definitely avoid buying from her again. – Naja Pulliam Collins
Christen or Figs as he likes to be called, was so awesome! He recommended several products that exceeded my expectations. He was incredibly knowledgeable of the product & knew exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommend this bud tender but honestly haven’t had a bad experience at Greenlight ever. Also I would like to mention Paul & Harry Pothead are both extremely amazing at knowing fantastic strains & new products to try. They are also always friendly as well. I love this location. It's very welcoming, starting with the friendly officers who kindly check you in and give well wishes on the way out. The staff is always helpful, kind and very knowledgeable. Shout out to Breanna who's been very patient and helpful with all of the questions I had on my past 3 visits. Everyone there maintains a great mood and atmosphere.
