Greenlight Dispensary Independence

Haley went out of her way to make sure that I was taken care of. She was very helpful and friendly and has excellent customer service skills. No signs waking in telling you where to stand on a certain side for pickup orders or the other side for walk-in orders after the locked door. Also a courtesy sign saying to basically keep your ID out. Before you get in the building you show your id, totally understandable. Then the person I gave my order to I had to show my ID to and then the person that rang me up I also had to show my ID to. That hasn't happened to any other smoke shop that I've been to other than getting ID first when you walk in the building. The actual part of the dispensary of the building is nicely laid out I can't say that. But they also have room for some sort of bench or something to sit down at. I deal with debilitating chronic pain from multiple failed brain surgeries and then having an accident falling 24 ft. Getting broken bones all over my body. Stationary standing is actually worse than slow waking for me I had one person in front of me and I was there for a total of 35 minutes. I had to squat down multiple times so I wasn't light-headed and pass out like I can. I ended up having to put allThe put all my weight onto one of my broken bones, that was my ankle. Thus making my ankle pain extremely high definitely way higher than it was. After 25 minutes this guy came behind me and asked how long I've been there. I told him that I've been there for 25 minutes. He said oh dang. And I said yeah it's been a minute. there was an employee talking to a customer at the counter the whole time. While the other 2 front employees were hustling around trying to get stuff done. Ring people up and what not. Honestly just at least getting some sort of bench that would help people a lot. I am only a few minutes down the road. It's definitely the most convenient place as far as time. However it's just always been something that happened, this would be my third time coming here. Last time it was like a couple years ago and just everything compounded with each other and something else just happening every time it's just disappointing. I end up having to drive. I drive 55 minutes north there and back which is better for customer service. but this isn't that great for chronic pain or the wallet. – Aubrey Snyder
