It takes alot for me to leave a review, I shop here atleast once a week but usually twice, last week I got a 10 dollar off coupon from 5 and below on Sunday afternoon and when I tried to use it the next day it had expired 3 months ago, I get it but its your coupon amd you should have honored it and fixed the problem with 5 and below for still printing them. Now to today, I just left and when I went to pay I asked if I any money in rewards amd the guy said no, I questioned that because the last two times they haven't said o had rewards to use, so the guy took my license again and said yea my bad you have 10 bucks, so my bill was 58.00 dollars and I have him 60.00 and he hands me back 2 dollars, I said what about the 10.00 bucks in rewards and said just use it next time amd walked away, you weren't busy. I spend about 1000 per month at greenlight and not happy about how I was treated. – TIM

I went to the dispensary, got an ounce called the dispensary talk to the manager, Annie, she told me that I would get an exchange, went up there and offered me 20% off another ounce didn't exchange my product. This has been going on a week message, corporate over 3 times no one has gotten back to me, I am a loyal customer. I can't believe this is happening. I wish they would get ahold of me through email.. Annie, even smelled the weed and said it was bad.It smelt bad….??????? What happened to the store that I always go to with good customer service that was quality.Now the manager annie is going back on her word and exchange. Exchange is different than 20% off.She just wanted more of my money.. It shouldn't take a week to correct the problem. I even drove back to the store. She should have fixed it…. Who'snGonna fix it.I wonder hopefully corporate gets a hold of me. Annie, lied to me over the phone and to the store on 12/27/25. – deanna magee

Excellent customer service & selection!! I just moved from North Carolina a week ago and am not very familiar with Delta-9 or how dispensaries work here – this was my first time at a dispensary here so I needed some guidance. Spencer greeted me with a smile and helpful positive attitude. Spencer was very patient, knowledgeable, professional, and asked me some good questions to help me find the best products to meet my needs. Everyone there was efficient and helpful and they all clearly worked well as a team. I appreciated Spencer a lot today! Give that man a raise! lol I’ll be coming back in the future for any dispensary needs. ☺️ – Haley
