The biggest issue is the parking lot. It's not even that there's not enough parking. It's just designed poorly. It's dangerous trying to get in and out of the place. At the very least they need to widen the entrance. Then I had an issue with them pushing a bad l, overpriced product. I was considering getting one of the special rove carts. I forgot what they're called, but the rectangular magnetic ones with their own special battery. I was trying to decide between that and a regular cart. The clerk was emphatic about the special rove carts. The oil was fantastic, but the cart itself was garbage. It was clogged before I ever used it, and would immediately clog up again every time I cleared it. Oil was little seeping out of the mouthpiece. And when I brought it back, the manager that helped me told me that these carts are defective and that they are well aware of it. But they're still selling them and even pushing them over better products. And it got me to spend $90 on a defective cart instead of $72 on something I already knew was good. Since then I've switched to head change. And this but is more of a complaint about head change than about greenlight, but it's still sort of about then because they are still selling the carts and haven't done anything to fix the issue. The carts are always short. I'm used to a little space in a new cart. That standard. But these things are only about 3/4 full. And they only sell half grams. All that said, they're friendly, and the managers are quick to assist. I've had a few issues with carts and never had to fight them about a refund or replacement or anything. The bud tenders could definitely use more training on the products they're selling. If I ask for strong and giggly and the bud tenders doesn't know what to recommend, they need more training. Without the knowledge of the products they aren't really bud tenders, they're just store clerks. – jonny Christ

They are always super fast when I order! Even when it’s busy they are very fast! The people are sweet. Highly recommend this place. A little tip: make sure to make an account so when you buy you can earn points and get some money taken off when your points add up. – Hailey Smith

Very disappointed, was in a hurry so ordered online for pickup. Received message stating order was ready. Only to show up and told they did not have half of my order. I asked why I received a confirmation my order was ready when is actually wasn't. I was told, my order was ready, just not all the items….incredibly stupid answer. Very disappointed to have been mislead and wasted my time. As I didn't have time to go over other options. Hence why I ordered online for pickup. Justin is who helped me. As far as the general business goes, not calling or reaching out to ask me about other options prior to me arriving is bad business (other dispensaries do this). Or don't list sold out items on your website. – Brandon M

It was our first time in any dispensary and right away they were so nice to us especially Mia was so knowledgeable and helped us select just the right product that would effectively help to treat what needed to be treated. Once we went to the checkout Wes helped us pay and showed us all the options and ways we had to pay, and rang us up and thanked us for our service!! I’ve been shopping here for a long time — easily spent thousands over time — and it’s always been my favorite dispensary because of the smooth service. But my most recent visit left a bad taste in my mouth. I came in with a paper ID (since I lost my wallet), and the guy at the front asked if I had my physical ID. That felt odd — I wouldn’t be handing over a paper one if I had the physical. He explained that some people do that, but it still came off unnecessary and kind of accusatory. (I’ll take this a step further I went to ReLeaf on Sunday with that same ID and had no questions or problems, I get dispensaries have different policies but I handed him a document straight from the DMV nor have I ever seen someone else be asked this question which is why it was so odd to me.) Then inside, I was helped by a budtender with black nails (didn’t catch the name). I asked about a joint with a 20% off sticker — he told me it would normally be around $12, but the price came out to $11 (Granted I could have heard the price wrong but the tax here is off the chain, which is another reason I stopped shopping there as much. There’s really no deals and I’ve found way better deals at other dispensaries). I mentioned that didn’t really feel like a discount (most of the time I say this and that’s the end of the conversation), and he got noticeably sassy and defensive about it. Then he asked me if I was okay — as if being frustrated by poor customer service somehow made me the problem. That was really off-putting. For the record, I’m queer — I don’t have any issue with sass, but there’s a difference between being sassy and just being rude. This was rude and honestly it was weird because he kept going back and forth with me. Not only was he unprofessional he still had something to say when I walked away which is why I said something to him in the first place sometimes comments are very unnecessary. The person who checked me out was cool and professional, and I let him know that I’ve been a loyal customer who doesn’t cause trouble — I come in, get what I need, and leave. But this new energy with some of the staff feels off, and not in a good way. He also knew who I was so that should tell you I do business here frequently. I want to keep supporting this business, but if the customer service keeps trending this way, it’s going to be hard to justify coming back. Just hoping the management sees this and takes it seriously. If I have another weird experience like this I will drive out of my way moving forward! I left my review as a 2 but this could be changed because I have had great experiences here. – Destiny Dixon
