staff is awesome. know the merchandise and understand my needs. very nice, thoughtful and caring. I have many chronic illnesses and they are always up to date on what helps give me relief. I’ve been going out of the way to come here for years. But today when I came in with a burnt/defective product (not just the looks but the taste) I had bought from there 2 days ago, they said there’s no returns. I can’t use the product, and couldn’t from the get go. These guys are totally cool selling defective products to make the sale. Also without them even knowing it was me, I tried to call back later and was left on hold for 30 minutes before I got tired of it and hung up. So all In all terrible service. – Cameron Frye
Two other facilities in town with better prices. I've been to this facility 5 or 6 times and their prices seem to be 20% higher than their competitor for the same product. I've also encountered passive aggressive snotty attitudes from most of their employees. This shop has an odd feel different from most others, not welcoming or warm. Darn shame because I am a strong supporter of small independent businesses. After my visit the other day I will not attempt a 7th visit. Visit The Vault or Green Dreams for way better service, selection and definitely prices. – Sean

The friendliest budtenders around, insanely great deals and an out of this world selection. Every day is some sort of daily deal, so you'll always have to something awesome to go home with at a great price, and I always get second to none service when i go in. – Tyler
