nice store but sold me some dried smalls 1/4 ounce with absolutely no taste steamy. I specifically told her if it was tasty she said yes with confidence and I ended up spending more than I told the budtender. Don’t push a line of crap to a well paying customer. – Ramin Shamoon
Today, Saturday, February 28, I was the only customer in the store. I had already told them what I was going to buy and they took the item out, but the two female employees were talking and laughing with each other and delayed the checkout. That was the first time I got really upset. When I got home, I tried connecting the item to my device, but it didn’t work. So I brought it back to the store and showed them that it wasn’t working and asked for an exchange. They went into the back office for quite a while before coming out. Then they tried it on the store device and said, “Oh, we brought the wrong one. It wasn’t charged.” Then they went back again and came out asking me to wait longer. I have been a customer of this store for over a year. I have never returned an item before, and I always tip more than 20%. But this is how I was treated. Maybe it’s because I’m Asian — I don’t know. The male manager is friendly, but if you are Asian, I would not recommend coming back to this store. – sebastian lee
I am pretty sure this shop is selling fake products. My girl friend got extremely sick after buying 2 carts from this store. When we went in, we asked for options for flower and they handed us one thing. We were shoping for the best option for us. But this person just handed us one thing and expected us to buy it. We take our smoking very seriously. They do not do their job and make sure we at least have a pick and they don't explain what we are even buying. This is a shop for kids and inexperienced buyers. If you want to get swindled out of your money and buy counterfeit products, that is on you. There are plenty of credible shops in the area. I will be letting my friends and family know about this shop. We will not be shopping here. Also I get group mentality. These people will back each other up even when they are in the wrong. The older woman with prescription glasses claimed to be the manager and if thats the case, I can see why the shop is so poorly run. I'll be taking my hard earned money somewhere else.
