Wow unbelievable this place has great weed and a great selection and the weed is clean and strong the sativa does exactly what it says it does you get a great jolt when smoking it and a happy high and euphoric and creative. I highly recommend this place for getting your recreational marijuana. They grow their own weed on site they do a great job. – Spartan Warrior!!

Overcharged Today Despite Sunday Promotion I visited Harbor House Collective today (Sunday) because their website advertised discounted pre-rolls — $6.80 for 1g. Even with taxes, the total should have been around $8–9. Instead, I was charged $10, and when I asked why, the staff just insisted that was the final price — no explanation, no effort to honor the posted deal. This feels like false advertising. If you promote a Sunday discount online, it should be reflected at the register. Very disappointed with the lack of transparency. – Irvin Leon

I gave HH a 3 star only cause the deals they have are amazing sometimes and some of the bud tender are amazing with their customer service. Now the front desk is where I’m always having an issue and if not me someone else. I’ve never been to a dispensary where front desk staff is running out to the parking lot looking in peoples cars. That’s just wild to me! Every dispensary in MA that I’ve been to worry about what’s going on in the building not a parking lot! What’s ever what’s even better is they also think they run the establishment. Denying a frequent customer who in 6 weeks spent $1000. The front desk girl should worry about just checking ids and not trying to make manager decisions. Other than that shout out to the bud tender again for fixing front desk check in awful customer service! Sorry folks I had to fix my rating cause after all my awful experiences I still went there and spent over $3000 . But I will never return to this place again!they won’t receive a penny from me anymore shout out to Vanessa and the store manager for this! The front desk girl Vanessa thinks she runs the building! And the store manager is very uneducated on retail and customer service! Bottom line some of the staff can be alright but the rest of staff sucks they seem miserable! Worried about all the wrong things! Prices are over rated! Hit up CHELSEA BUD get yourself a whole 8th of flower for $12 after tax! Or grab yourself a whole oz for just $72 after tax! Customer service is sooo welcoming! I definitely suggest you visit this place your never go back to harbor house after your experience over there. – Ruth Lopez
