I had a great experience at Harborside Dispensary thanks to Omar. I had just placed my online order from the parking lot and didn’t realize I needed to give it about 30 minutes for them to gather everything. I told him I could just grab the items off the shelf myself, but he immediately took the initiative to handle the order for me. Omar was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. I always have a great experience here when I come to Harborside Kimberly was great as well as the other gentleman who helped me at the door what I have never experienced with such disrespect by the security guard. He is a gentleman that I have never seen at the building before I walked up to the door and without any warning conversation or anything, the gentleman pulled the door handle and locked the door on me. He didn’t say anything there was no communication. I knocked on the door, pulled the handle and he kind of just stared at me the other Very helpful Gentlemen, who works at Harbor side did come and open the door and ask the Security to make sure it was left unlocked. I did vocalize to the Security that what he did was very rude. You didn’t give any communication. You didn’t say anything to me. You literally looked at me in the face and locked the door!! I’ve come to Harbourside many of times and Even when there is still a line, my ID is still taken. It is scanned and I am told you can wait in here or you can wait outside but to leave a consistent customer in the rain with no words know nothing was wildly disrespectful, and you should not have such a person working there for your company. I can only imagine the customers you lost today when they walked up, thinking that you were closed because the door was locked, and the security blatantly ignoring them. I truly would like to get five stars just for the staff because my experience has always great with him, but I have to give no stars for that security guard. I've been a patient for years , nick the manager stated he canceled my order due to my attitude he says . How ever the Security named as darnisha or however you spell her name wants to enforce her authority and her badge . Stating my online order did not comply with the pick up / curbside order . She stated I could not park there and when I asked to move , she said it was okay to be there . Nick took his position , came over and spoke with her (security) and told me to leave the store so I did . Don't need to ask me twice . An Employee outside stated he barely has a month there so go figures gents . – M. Hidalgo
