They are Knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. Every time I go in and see them working I have a great experience. The door guys are always cool, but some of the clerks are rude and/or fake. Like the type who smile and nod but don’t listen or care. The type of people who can’t describe the difference between “nice” and “kind.” The experience described below of the gentleman being mistreated by overbearing clerks tracks with my experiences there. I used to love this store!! I would bring my doberman and my choco labrador service dog with me and the employees behaved themselves appropriately. They were usually pretty good at not disturbing my working dog. (Well, that’s before I decided to move to Europe. Hahaha 😂 Left right after January 20, back home in Spain where the cannabis clubs rock!) But for folks still dealing with the current administration… you’re really gonna need some weed!
