I am an avid patron of Herbal Nation and have been for years. I recommend them to everyone! Every budtender is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They have an impressive selection of flower, edibles, dabs, pen cartridges and pre rolls. There is plenty of parking on site. Even when the shop is crazy busy I have never had bad service. Not once have I felt rushed. I appreciate and commend how cheerful and thorough the employees are. Never had an issue the couple times I've needed to return a faulty cartridge. Make sure to keep your receipt and return the cartridge within 30 days and they will make it right. So thankful for their wonderful loyalty program. I tend to forget the specific names of products that I want to buy again and they can just pull up my purchase history! So helpful. The prices are way better than any other shop in the area!! I also want to give a HUGE shoutout to Erica and Jessa. They have never steered me wrong with their recommendations. I particularly appreciate when I am feeling whimsical and tell them to surprise me. I am always super pleased with what they pick and have found some new favorites because of them.
