I love the huge variety of cannabis products at this location not to mention the employees are always happy to help any way they can. ATHENS HWC has the rudest ego carrying employees I've ever met. I actually drive an extra 40 minutes out of my way just to come to the Jackson HWC because I live closer to Athens if that tells you anything. – Jazzie_J
My only complaint is that the drive thru, if it gets long, completely will block the entrance. It makes pulling in/ out of a parking spot super complicated. Just not enough space! The people are incredibly kind, and prices are better than Sunnyside it seems for certain things. I’m a fan! – Zoey Chickadee
Terrible customer service. I purchase from the regularly at least once a week, and I had a vape that literally crumbled in my jacket pocket next to my AirPods within 24 hours (the first time I tried the firebrand brand vs the vapen) and they refuse to do anything about it. I’ve been using vape cartridges for almost 10 years so I’m not stupid, I know how to use and not break a vape, and they’re saying it’s my fault. 10/10 do not recommend but unfortunately they know they’re the only dispensary in the area. I’ve been around for the marijuana legalization in Colorado and Nevada, my disaster is manager of a dispensary in Las Vegas, and I’ve never been treated so poorly. They offered “swag” in return for a broken vape lol. So disappointing. Will DEFINITELY be making the trip to Columbus from now on. – Kelsey Dillon
