Best dispensary hands down. Have been going here for years, and won’t go anywhere else. There is not one bud tender that I have met that I didn’t like, specially Ahnel (hope I spelt that right), always with a smile on his face treating you like family! I’m very inexperienced at this whole “recreational use” thing and Katrina at Herbal Wellness North was AMAZING. She explained things extremely well!! She kept it as simple or as detailed as I wanted. I’m definitely going to request her assistance the next time I go back. She’s a definite asset for both the store and clients. – T Jam
I love how quick they get people in and out, yet you never feel rushed by the burners and they always have the time to answer your questions and show you whatever you want to look at. They also are very knowledgeable about all the different products from how they taste to how they hit and they have never steered me wrong with their suggestions. Some of the dispensaries I've been to are all dark and dinghy but the Herbal Wellness center is vibrant, bright, and clean. On top of that their medical card holder discount card saves you the cost of the card and more, so just another bonus to this place. All around a terrific place. – Chris B
I’ve been shopping at this dispensary for years spent thousands of dollars always been nice and respectful friendly will all the employees but one night I’m waiting in line to check in when an intoxicated man comes in behind me trying to rush the line along. I asked him several times to calm down and to be patient. Then he started spouting racist remarks I push him away and a security guard stands between us he continues to yell racist remarks all across the Lobby. They had security working that night the security guard nor did the employees do anything to stop this man or kick him out. I go to the back I buy my stuff on my way out. He’s walking to the back. And he decides his shoulder, check me. Yes, I defended myself in the lobby security and employees separate us. I was escorted to my car and I went home peacefully. I came in today and they tell me I’ve been Suspended for 30 days due to the fight that happened in the lobby I wouldn’t been put in a position where I had to defend myself if the security guard would’ve done his job and kicked him out from the beginning I’ve since to taken my business elsewhere – Trevor Brannock
