This used to be my place but as a consumer I want to make sure my money is going to product that is actually there. Staff is super nice and chill, while some have the customer service I look for as someone working in the industry many of them seem super tierd and low energy which I can empathize. This review has nothing much to say about the average customer service you'll find but more of operations and product availability. The driving factor that makes me leave has to do with items online and in person not being accurate which is critical in this industry. Online says they have stuff but to many times I've had to substitute or had to call in when I shouldn't have too. Due to product innacuracy in Back Office, doing research before hand on the online menu feels like rolling the dice if its actually in when I shouldn't have to in a regulated industry for auditing. While I can recognize their prices are crazy low for the good quality and good brands, and not having loyalty due to being the lowest costs is another business move… the in house is what you should expect for the price and quality. Again as a consumer I want to make sure my money is going to product that is actually there. – Tristan Beck Torres
