This store has great products and prices. This store could improve its customer service. Many times you will walk in and be told to take a seat and wait 3-10 minutes meanwhile there’s really no customers back there but 3-5 employees on their phones probably searching for their next pronoun 🤣 Like this review if you’ve been told to wait only to go back and see a bunch of workers doing absolutely nothing. – Matt M

Just went in to pick up an online order and the total was $119. I gave the guy $150, five twenties and a fifty dollar bill. He gave me no change at ALL! I didn't even notice he didn't give me change until I got out to my car, I went directly back in. He tried to say "you COULD be right and I didn't give you your change back". But naw, I was 100% right, he didn't. I told the manager I'd wait for the drawer to be verified or to check cameras, however they do it there, he said ok. Then I hear over the walkie "give her her change back bro" 😒 Was it a mistake? I have a strong feeling it wasn't since it was $31 that was owed to me, but I got my change and walked out. Just thought I'd share so the next person can be aware while they're shopping in there. Y'all might wanna keep an eye on that employee… 🤷‍♀️ – Jai

Good deals on half oz, but their prerolls suck ass. Don’t ask for suggestions either cause they don’t give a crap what you tell them you like, and they will say anything is “fire” bud. Pretty sure all their prerolls are rolled with trim leafs too. – Melissa
