This is far and away the best shop in town. The good products are always in stock, prices are fair with deals to be had every now and then. The store is always clean and organized. Even when its hella busy the vibe is cool and friendly. The highlight though is the staff. You couldnt ask for a nicer, more knowledgable group of people. Im serious, these guys and girls are always cheerful and cant wait to help you. Again, the entire staff is 10/10. If you have any questions id come here, they treat everyone from first timers to veterans the same and they will make sure you walkout with what fits you, and with a smile. – Casey G

I did a curbside pick up order from here back in January (2026) not only did they take 4 hours to pack 6 items, but when i got there to do curbside (i have severe social anxiety) they said they didnt do curbside after dark (well maybe had you packed my order 4 hours ago it wouldnt be dark out also im parked 3 ft in front of your store and the security is right there..?). So I go home to get proper shoes on, come back just for the security guard at check in to be rude and vibes all kinds of off (maybe because I looked homeless but I also want expecting to go inside). I handed him my ID to scan, not seeing the little tray where you apparently set your ID for the ipad to scan. So he sassily takes it from my hand, drops it on the tray and hands it back with a loose wrist and a side eye..attitude of 15 year old girl coming from a grown man.. So I get into the back area, the girl who helped me gave no eye contact and had 0 energy. All the other girls seemed really sweet and helpful.. but this girl was monotone and seemed uninterested to help me. I ask for my order IT STILL WASNT PACKED!! she had to go find and grab all the items off the shelf, put it in the bag. They were out of a certain cart I wanted which is fine I got different one. I pay, I leave, I go home. I open up one of the dab containers and it looks like its been sitting on that shelf since 2010! It was dark, had sediment pieces. Total trash and a complete waste of money. For a medicinal facility who are supposed to understand their patients needs, anxiety, chronic pain, whatever.. I feel like they'd be kinder to their clientele no matter what they look like. Mind you I work a corporate job and am usually very fixed up but this day I was not, and feel like I got treated differently because of that.. Im never going back there. Phenos a little further down McHenry has the easiest, fastest pick up process (tho they dont do curbside) and all of their staff, security included it very kind, friendly, and helpful. And they also include the 30% tax in the price so no "hidden" fees. Please herbology, do better for those with hidden illnesses 🫶 – Irene Garza

Honestly highly disappointed, I’ve now been here twice and I WONT be returning. The first time I can I purchased two AIO and NEITHER of them worked I called and they said no returns or refunds so that was an instant waste of money. Then tonight I placed an online order for a completely different brand of AIO and online it said it was gonna be about $13 sounded good to me, I go in and discover they don’t take card so I have to pull cash out and get charged a $4 convience fee for it. Then the person helping me says it’ll be $18 so now I’ve paid $22 for this AIO. I THOUGHT I might have mis read the price which is the reason I just pain the man, go out to my car and discover I didn’t misread so I went back in to ask how it went from $13 to $18 and he tells me they have a 30%(!!!!!!) tax rate, that’s absolutely insanity. Especially being for a AIO I got a week ago in Antioch at $2 a piece!!!! – Mark trost

I actually always come here because they're generally really friendly. Well I'm never going back there again. I was asking a cashier to help me purchase a drinkable item and I wanted to know the prices and also the sugar content. She refused to help me, like expected me to know exactly what I wanted. like it was too much work for her and she couldn't be bothered to help and show me a few drinks that are for sale. THEN she handed me back my cash all coyly like almost expecting to get tipped. I was like BYE! Maybe if they did their job as salesperson. I even asked someone else to help me since she wouldn't but that girl also coldly ignored me! This was Dec 6 – Alexander Romero
