Very spacious and aesthetically pleasing. Parking is easy to access with plenty of space. When you enter theres a beautiful fountain and nice host! Then when you go through the doors you see how clean and spacious the room is. Both Budtenders were very helpful and guided me to the best product for my needs. Highly recommend! – Benjamin Malkin
Even though I’m still new to venturing out with THC, I’ve been to many places that have warm and inviting customer service as well as employees who are knowledgeable about the products to satisfy your needs and wants. I didn’t receive that coming here. This place had a nice interior with beautiful art pieces on the wall. When we walked in, myself and my partner were greeted nicely but there was an assumption that we should know what to do upon entering even though this place opened up in December of last year and we have never been there before. The main interior is laid out very nicely with an informative and detailed book about the strains. The music was nice too. It reminded me of the trap museum in Atlanta if you’ve ever been. But the main issue came when we tried to ask for recommendations from the person at the register. They weren’t as informative or helpful as I’m used to when searching for a new product. It felt like my few questions were stressing them out. Even though this place advertised a wide variety of options, the items we thought we wanted were sold out. So when we asked for substitutions, it seemed like a hassle and strain for the employee to help accommodate us. All in all, the place is aesthetically pleasing and the products seems pretty good but the service wasn’t what I expected and if you are new to THC I would not recommend it.
