STAY AWAY! FRAUD! unfortunately they have lost a loyal customer today. went in as i regularly do to purchase joints (king rolls) and needed a battery. during the debit card transaction, i noticed the new bud tender was having difficulty with the machine, taking quite some time, i then entered the pin and seen the approved notice on the card reader and immediately received the charge notification from my bank, however the bud tender did not want to give me the bag since she said that the receipt did not print right and she said the charge did not go through. she had me waiting for 35-40 minutes while trying to firgure out what happened since the money was pulled from my bank. she called the district manager who was completely no help at all and rude. claimed there’s issues with the bank and card reader however claimed he would pay me 4 times the amount paid if the transaction ends up processing. (typical for these scammers. never seen this man why would he pay me 4 times, SCAM) what i don’t understand is if you know there are on going issues. why bring out the card reader? they stopped it for awhile and brought it back. WHY BRING IT BACK OUT? ANSWER: SCAM! (atm also says owner fee: $2.50! insane!) they already have a low and bad/old selection and i still give them the benefit of the doubt because “let’s support the community”. yeah beware because they will scam you. we are the perfect community to scam! remember that! since i’m loyal and sincere person, i still went through with the transaction and pulled money from the building atm. still paid cash, i received nothing but hassle and no solution not even a damn joint, not a sorry! so basically i spent double and only received my original products. again BEWARE! – Diana C.

Good shop. Went in a few days ago and they were having trouble with the card reader, so I paid with cash. Staff notified me if I saw the transaction go through on my bank account later to return and they will refund me the money. Went in today since I noticed the transaction went through on my account and they refunded me my money and gave me a good discount for future use. – Eli Munoz

Great experience with the bud tender but that security at the door has a terrible attitude. Didn’t say a single word and rolled his eyes. I love coming to this shop but won’t be attending anymore due to the security and his demeanor. Do better. – marco hernandez

If you are reading this just know you found the right spot! The vibe and people at Hierba are very inviting and awesome (Can't say this about other places I've been haha). But I do have to give a mention to Haley! she is amazing, she was very helpful and she took the time to answer all of my questions. Simple, the best store I've gone to. Prices are better than chronic or Skyhigh, Product is fresh and they send discounts my way all the time. Do wish they answered the phone before I arrived and told me about specials as I walked in. Once inside everything was easy to figure out, promotions were listed everwhere and budtender greeted me with a big smile. – C Vega
