My first experience at High Profile was great! The staff was super friendly, helpful, and they made sure to let me know about any discounts I qualified for. Don Carlos was an excellent budtender. Not only did he show me some of the store’s newest products, but he made me feel comfortable in a new dispensary. Our helper was super nice and helpful! He helped us get everything we wanted under our budget and reworked our products several times until we had everything under 80 bucks! This place also has great deals all the time 10/10 would recommend. Update: Mason was our bud tender today and he has been the best so far! I paid for 7g of flower and got this instead. The person behind the counter put the bowl on the scale without resetting it and gave me way less than 7. This is a scam very disappointed. They also said they would weigh it, took it into the back, but came back and said they couldn't because we "might have tampered with it". Probably because it is very clearly a lot less than 7 gs and he wasn't willing to admit it – Ssj Llama
My husband and I were looking for a dispo change and decided to give High Profile a try. We felt welcomed immediately. We had been going to the same place for years and immediately felt more welcomed here! Even when they are busy, the wait isn’t too long and they are pretty good about getting you in and taken care of. I do always place my order online to make the process quicker.
