Never had a bad experience with this chain. %'s giveb in tests shown seem accurate. As opposed to another big chain that seems as if they overshoot the values provided. Staff at any of their locations (been to 3 so far) are kind and courteous. Given the fact that I'm respectful and polite myself (nobody wins, when you're a douche). Great prices good selection. Not impressed. I work very hard for my money and have shopped here religiously for years. Now suddenly the Holland location I have had to call my last 3 visits due to an error on my order or simply do not get the correct product in the bag that I paid for. I am not even mad I am just disappointed. This is also exactly why I do not tip at this location anymore. You have to give the consumer what they are paying for. Please stop making me buy my medicine be an issue. I would truly appreciate it. – Douglas Hoops
