It was our first time to visit the store. We got in pretty quick and was asked to sign up which didn't take long at all. She told us about how the first time discounts work. And asked us to take a seat. Hardly any wait at all. We were greeted by Megan and she lead us back to the registers. There was a slight mix up with our names and was able to fix it without a problem. The prices are very reasonable and at least $5-$10 cheaper than their competitors on a few of the products. Over all great experience. – Angie Long

Love this place! Super fast, friendly and always spot on with the orders. I have never had anything to complain about and I have been coming here for a while now. Bud tenders are knowledgeable and helpful. I have not had a better experience at any other dispensary. So glad I tried them. I was using the place across the street. On November 29, 2025, I was double charged for a debit card purchase totaling over $150. Since then, I’ve called numerous times trying to get this corrected. Each time I’m told by the manager that they’re “working on it” and that he’ll call me back…but he never does. When he’s not there (which seems to be every time I call), employees say they’ll leave a note for him to return my call, and that also never happens. At this point, the lack of follow through and accountability is extremely frustrating. A double charge should not take months to resolve, and customers should not have to chase a business this hard to get their OWN money back. Beware when using a debit card here. I’m still waiting for a refund and would appreciate someone from management finally reaching out to resolve this. UPDATE: After leaving this review, the manager finally contacted me and resolved the issue. I was refunded the $150 double charge and given a $50 store credit, which I appreciate. – Annie M

It was my first visit to high-profile. And Chris made my visit exceptionally enjoyable. He was patient with me because I couldn't make my mind up. And he showed me several varieties to make sure that I was well satisfied! I will definitely return to this location. I recommend that you try them out. – J H
