I love this store. The front man Lew H calls me by name. Every single bud tender has been kind and understanding with older people who have a hard time figuring out what we want. I will always want the prices lower. Dang, I understand. However, it is getting better and cheaper all the time. I like Michigan prices so much better. Horrible service! I sat in the waiting room for an hour and a half and they began calling people that came in after me. When I asked why they said it was because others in the waiting room began putting in online orders (because their service was so SLOW). She said online orders take priority. As a medical user this is unacceptable!! I was in pain. I understand having to wait for people who came in b4 me but then for them to put others that came in after me is wrong. I was the one that mentioned online orders could be done threw the drive threw. But my problem was it wouldn't let me put my medical card in, so I couldn't do so. People don't deserve to be treated with so much disrespect. I immediately left and went across to Codes. I was able to get WAY BETTER service! SUPER FAST!! I was in and out! I was fighting my anxiety hard and they were super kind to me. I truly needed that good experience after the horrible one I just had. I recommend people take their money else where.
