If I could give negative stars I would. Honestly, the customer service is trash. The first bad experience would be when my delivery driver had a terrible attitude and was super rude and said “Customer service isn’t my job. I’m just the driver. That already should have been enough to stop spending my money with them. Next, I purchased 2 items to which I was nowhere near happy or satisfied. I let them know and their response was “Take some more and wait a while.” I kindly asked for an exchange or my money back, and never received a response. I will never spend my hard-earned money with them, and I suggest you look elsewhere if you want a better option. – Lauren
False advertising!!! Ordered something on the website, and what I got was NOTHING like what was described. And I mean nothing. I record out and to let them know… NO RESPONSE. Would not recommend.
