Since legalization of Rec, its been really hard to find a medical store that truly still cares about their pateients. Ive been a member here for over a year and it's starting to feel that way here too. They care more about staffing their Rec locations than their medical. This one has hours changing all the time (and they never open will 11am anyway). I feel that the company should offer better pay for competant med tenders so that this store remains staffed first. They also never warned me these hours were changing to being CLOSED Fridays when i was in the Friday just before the change. This was a few weeks ago and it's already changed again to closed on Sunday Monday. They just dont care about being consistent or there for their clients. The staff is great, however, the company clearly cares WAY more about their rec being open and available. The rec store will honor med pricing when this one is closed for the entire day, but that's it. The product and pricing is good, but they don't take care of their customers. I wish people would remember that medical users are the entire reason we were able to push for legalization, so we should continue to cater to medical needs. I'm moving my membership. – Shantih
Just visited this medical dispensary this morning..I have to say the front desk guy was very on point and made the patient sign in easy, especially since I was a new patient. The product looks and priced good. The budtender asked the appropriate questions to find the strain for my medical needs. Thank you higher grade, much appreciated! – Matthew Shirley
Recently stopped by Higher Grade for the 1st time and I have to say I was not disappointed so I figured I’d give these guys some love! The last purchase was super Lemon Haze by Bloom county which was great but I figured this time I would try their house strains and I was definitely impressed with this particular strain Yucka Mouth, first off the aroma was very fruity and Reminiscent of UK Cheese. I will say that I impressed with this flower, will by from this store again!! – jeff cordova
