I asked for a stizzy with the lady who usually helps me (i will sometimes get a strong live rosin .5g stizzy) she asked what flavor & I chose one out of the multiple she listed (i was never shown a product, never confirmed the size). then went to the register, she rung me up for my 1oz & 1stizzy(I had not NOT BEEN SHOWED THE STIZZY BECAUSE I HAD ALEADY PICKED OUT THE 1oz & had verified the flower when choosing it an added a stizzy at the last min. She put it all in the bag, I was shown nothing at checkout, was only given a total. I got home & realized that she gave me a flavor I asked for but didn't mention they are 1g & the live diamonds, which smoke completely differently & personally I HATE 1g bc the wick in the cartridge burns if you hit it too much… which is amplified by the diamonds(having a lower boiling point) where if you take more than 2 hits at a time, it will burn the flavor…. sooo i KNOW I DIDNT ASK OR CONFIRM THAT PURCHASE. I went back & they didn't even say sorry. The manager made me wait like 5mins so she could come out, there was no other customers in-store….JUST to say we don't do refunds. If ur not going to even hear me out, why did you tell me to come back in to talk to a manager? I told them I spend 250$ every visit; there's nothing you can do to not screw me as a customer? Bet ur cameras would show I legitimately was never shown what cartridges this was. I didn't even want a refund, just an exchange for .5gs atleast…. I would have even paid the difference if it was more…. they don't care about their customers. I'm not going back, sad part is it's over a 45$ vape cartridge… yall should just work with ur customer… opportunity cost. I will not be going back. – Dylan
They have live resin (Alive and Well 510 indica cartridge highlyrecommend) for an extremely good price. There Buds (SFV indica) is Fuego! Right of or as you get on the 10 freeway going east. Security and staff are respectful if respected. All around, it's a very well maintained and operated dispensary. Highly recommend! – Antonio Rodriguez
