I came in because this dispensary advertises price matching, but when I tried to take advantage of it, they refused since the other shop didn’t have the exact same strain—even though it was the same brand and comparable product. I get that they have policies, but the staff didn’t make any effort to help or find a workaround. Instead, I was told to “only come in when there’s an exact match.” It just felt dismissive and not in the spirit of what “price matching” usually means. I really wanted to like this place, but it’s hard to support a shop that doesn’t care to work with their customers. – 47tharchitect

This place is overpriced. Here’s a quick comparison. Phat Panda 3.5g here is $24. At Kush21 you can get Phat Panda 7g for $25. Everything is double the price compared to Kush21. They Do Not price match. They say they do, but will not match a sale price which Kush21 is always a sale price. Kush21 keeps their sales ongoing so their sale price is their typical everyday price. Thank God Kush21 just opened up a new location in Everett. It’s worth the 20 minute drive to pay half the price on EVERYTHING. – Arthur Imell
