went in with my partner and after the person scanned his ID i tried to hand her mine and she asked if i was doing a separate order, which i said no, and she handed my ID back without scanning or looking at it. which is super illegal. we asked if she recommend any specific strains and she couldn't name one. then when we asked if there was a discount for new people she said there was, but because she never scanned my ID it was never applied bc my partner had gone once before years ago. overall unpleasant experience and would recommend any of the other 20 dispensaries in Lansing. – Mack R

UPDATED REVIEW*** MANAGER is incapable of conflict resolution over a PR. He commanded 100% authority and conversation dominance. Didn't want to hear what I was communicating. It was like talking to my ex wife about who took put the trash last week. Easy solution would've been this. Pop the tube let me see that #1 there's something inside #2 that it's consumable as is. Respect is first. Let your customer talk, without interrupting when you hear something you don't like. Call it feedback. So I had enough of that inside, went outside to place my order with a respectful budtender, and out walks this manager with a half ass concealed pistol on his right side thinking I wasn't going to notice. That's called intimidation. I guess he was going to supervise my transaction. I felt it was more to maintain his dominance and control…funny how if I was that much of a problem and if he felt that I was in the wrong and needed to leave, he could have just said "we don't want your business" I absolutely would have left out of respect. This was over just simply checking a preroll as the last 5 were of poor standard cosmetically speaking. I was educated by Ron yesterday that this was no problem, he swapped one out for me without single hitch. Very nice guy and professional. This other guy today, took all 5 stars and threw them out. I'll leave my previous review on here as well. The staff are great, security is awesome, product phenomenal. They recognize veterans, and thank you even though it's not necessary. Great place to shop in a good atmosphere. Two thumbs up and 5 gold stars! – Ryan Noel
