So, when this dispensary opened, I was so happy! I followed Rare Dankness, and loved thier product. I immediately became a medical member. I loved everything about this place. But things changed for awhile. They stopped growing a lot of their main strains. So I left. But, I've been going back to them every now and then. They got it right again! After a really disappointing experience at my former dispensary — where I felt brushed off, dismissed, and like my loyalty meant nothing — I came here tonight, and the difference was night and day. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with respect, kindness, and genuine care. The lead for the night took the time to walk me through everything, listened to my needs, and made sure I left feeling confident and taken care of. I ended up signing over my plant count because for the first time in a while, I felt like a valued patient — not just a number. Even better, this shop actually rewards their patients with real benefits. They took their time with me, explained things thoroughly, and made the whole experience feel personal and positive. Instead of typing a whole paragraph about how awful this place is and how terrible the service is i will just put key words that sum up the experience. -"High reviews" due to inflated and influenced reviews. They give you a penny joint for leaving a 5 star when the place and service is garbage. most 5-star if not all are not genuine. -Terrible. -Extremely Rude. – Antagonizing. -Belittling -smells of mold and mildew. – Not a manager in sight and the leads are mentally unstable and emotional. 🛑🛑🛑HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU GO ELSEWHERE.
