I have to give 5 stars for the product! I wanted to say that first. I will only give 2 stars for delivery, because USPS had its label created for for my order for 7 full days before they received the package for shipment. And I am giving 4 stars for customer service. I would give 5, but it took 3-4 days of calls and emails to them before I was finally able to get in touch with someone. That being said, once I was finally able to get in touch with someone, they took swift actions to remedy the issue, and then went even further and sent me a "gift" to further make up for the issues that occurred. I love being able to say that I am a very satisfied customer🙃!!!! – Robin Lenau

Products and options = Amazing Logistics and Cust Serv = Diabolical Every order now takes 1 to 2 months to ship. I'm still waiting on an order I placed on June 5, 2025. They will give you extras for the wait, but I rather them fix their shipping delays. I really want to continue doing business with them but the shipping delays are getting worse instead of improving. – Dave H.

A+++ products & in a timely manner as well. The paying process is a little different, but it's been safe and worked Everytime. I have purchased flower & seeds multiple times, flower was top quality and every seed has popped & been great genetics that produces top shelf flowers. 100% would recommend. Very disappointed. Placed order and made payment and still no response to my inquiries regarding shipment and tracking. Payment was completed two full days shot and still no word. Edit: order was placed on April 25 and payment was made. A shipping label was created with USPS but still we wait for the package to be received by USPS. This is totally UNACCEPTABLE. Very, very displeased with this company. I will update this post if and when this matter is resolved. – Maureen Foley

I really thought that I did enough research to make a good decision but oh no what a idiot I was by placing an order with this company on June 3rd 25, yeah they got me on delivery within 5 to 7 business days and with the no-replies of texts or emails its 6-24-25 nothing – R P.
