Extremely disappointed. This is the lowest-quality flower I’ve seen from a licensed dispensary—dry, weak, and not worth the price. It shouldn’t be on shelves. I feel misled as a customer and regret spending money here. I will not be returning and strongly recommend looking elsewhere. I’ll also be contacting my bank to dispute the charge. – Javier Sarmiento
DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! 🚨🚨🚨🚨 From the moment I walked into this place it seemed really sketchy. I presented my id which is fine and normal. The sketchy came from when I went to go buy a product, the girl was showing me stuff on her iPad, except I had to do all the tapping and clicking. I looked at a few products and found one I wanted. She made sure I was the one who pressed add to cart, place order, check out, etc. It was as if they’re doing illegal sales despite it being “legal” in New York. When I got done with a whole lap around the store to get to the register to pay, they said they only take debt or cash. No credit. So… fine, I used my debit card. The product was $33, then I guess tax was $4.29 totaling $37.29. I used my debit card and it was charged as “Non-[bank name] ATM withdrawal – 608 8TH Ave NY NY” which 608 8th isn’t even their address, it’s for a pawn shop and nor was my purchase an ATM withdrawal. PLUS, the merchant was showing as “Beer Authority” which is a bar located a block away at 300 W 40th Street. To make matters worse, my bank also charged an additional $3 as “Non-[bank] ATM transaction fee”. So it all seems pretty weird that their transactions firstly come out as ATM withdrawals resulting in non-bank withdrawal fees, secondly with a merchant at a bar, and third an address that goes to a pawn shop. BTW their address is 584 8th Ave. – Josh Levine
The place is amazing! I work near Times Square, and it was one of the first spots I visited when they opened. The service is super friendly and fast, and they’re always helpful with any questions you have. They have a very diverse stock, and I always come here for the concentrates—they’re top quality!
