Subject: Being Sold Underweight Pre-Rolls – Consumer Complaint Today, Friday, April 18, 2025, around 5:10 PM, I purchased four 1-gram pre-rolls from your dispensary, and what I received was absolutely unacceptable. Upon comparing them to three pre-rolls I purchased yesterday from a competitor, it’s blatantly obvious that the ones from your shop are significantly smaller. I have attached a photo showing the clear difference in size—your products are just over ¾ of a gram, if that. It’s a blatant ripoff. Are you weighing these pre-rolls before they are packed into cones? Are you including the paper and filter in the total weight? Because if you are, that is misleading and unethical. A “1g pre-roll” should mean one gram of flower, not 0.75g after subtracting packaging and paper. After raising this issue with the owner, I was told there’s “nothing I can do.” When I mentioned reporting this to the Department of Weights and Measures, I was told I “couldn’t do that.” That is completely false—I have every right to report a potential violation if I believe I am being shorted as a paying customer. There’s no justification for the 0.25g difference. None. This isn’t just bad business—it’s unethical. And I intend to follow up with consumer protection if this continues as well. ⸻ In response to the complaint I made regarding the pre-rolls, I would like to clarify that I never expected anything in return. My only intention was to bring to your attention a noticeable discrepancy. However, I was disappointed by the way I was treated by Naomi during the conversation. She repeatedly talked over me and stated that I could not make a complaint, which I found to be dismissive and unprofessional. – Michele Scott

Sold a “gm” of wax to me that had been a display but when I got home and weighed it it was actually .88 and when I called to give them a chance to make it right he said he called his manager and nothing they can do and then he accused me of stealing it myself🤬 Editing to add the manager called me and made things right, I had no intention of supporting this business again but I will give them another chance after talking to her. – Jennifer McMurray
