Don’t ever go here with someone that has a medical card if you don’t have one. I went with my brother because he has Lyme disease and the guy told us he was done with the transaction after we picked one item because he thought I was trying to get a discount using my brothers medical card. I only went with my brother because he was in too much pain to speak and the guy behind the counter said we were being sketchy and he refused to add to the transaction. Very bad experience. Extremely high prices. I will never go to INSA again. If I could give 0 stars I would. SUPER rude staff. Highly recommend going to ANY other easthampton dispensary where the staff is cheery and helpful!!! Especially the verb! – Jaclyn Flaherty
