New in town from the states. Was in the other day and had the best experience. When I parked my partner and I went to go in. My partner had fell with us being older she was on the ground for a second. When I had entered the store. Two employees were willing and helpful towards my partner wondering if she needed any assistance of first aid from Kris. And then Chloe as well was very helpful as well offering if she could find an ice pack. The experience as well for what I was searching for was amazing. Will for sure be back. Best store in Nanaimo. I’ve worked in the industry. And everything about this beautiful shop works and flows so nicely. I’ve recommended to everyone I know. Such outstanding staff. One of the workers I think he’s name is Jacob is extremely interested in what I’m looking each time. Knows always what to recommend.also very detailed on what they are selling from flavour profile, When it was packaged and where. And the high it will give you from it being more of an uplifting strain or something that will make me tired 🥱 tends to somehow always get me on some deal and sells it to me without being a hassle or feeling like I’m forced.
