I placed an order online using my discount thru using the app. The store called to confirm the order , they called about an hour after I placed the order and said since I shopped in store they could not honor the discount. So instead of him telling me this when they first called to confirm they waited an hour. You should not advertise a discount, let someone apply it then have them wait and then say oh no we cant honor that, So the first time they called he must not have reviewed my order since the discount was already added. Filled my cart up with over $200, Fell asleep for a nap because I have MS and I’m chronically fatigued. Woke up and the bastards had sold out of all my stuff in my cart. Couldn’t even hold it for hours. I’ve been a loyal customer for over two years. Just have to add wow the GM called me from Inyo and basically told me that everything was my fault and it was user error and they owed me. Nothing basically calling me stupid. I love coming here often. Everyone is always friendly and amazing, especially Cindy and Darius. They always know the best pre rolls to the best feeling you want. Even if you haven’t tried the strain yet they explain it well so it’s always a great experience coming in. It’s also reasonably priced and close to the strip for those coming from out of town.
