I recently had a curbside pickup order that perfectly demonstrated Jars' commitment to excellent customer service. I hadn't even had a chance to check in when Lexi, a budtender, was already at my car window with a huge smile and a warm greeting. She was incredibly efficient and proactive. Before even grabbing my order, she checked if I wanted to apply any of my reward points. When I mentioned an issue I'd been having with my phone number on file, she took the initiative to check into it for me. She ran inside and was back in a few minutes, not just with my order but also with an update on my rewards issue. She explained what she found and even offered to help me contact the customer service team, which I truly appreciated. Lexi then took the time to ensure I understood the different reward options and genuinely asked if there was anything else she could do. This kind of authentic, customer-focused care is what sets Jars apart. I was so impressed with her kindness and efficiency that I made sure to tell her how awesome she was before I left. I haven’t been able to smoke Straight flower in over five years due to the fact that my tolerance Comparable to that of a Small horse until recently at least. So I am not new to weed, but I’m new to smoking again navigating Turpin content on top of everything else is a new concept to me. I usually just take a bunch of edibles and cross my fingers. That being said Katie W knows her shit. I told her how I wanted the strain to make me feel and what she hooked me up with was nothing short of excellent. She was also able to hook me up with a syringe from RSO. Help manage my pain slightly better and Holy shit kicked in in about 15 minutes and did exactly what I needed it to do.
