Horrible customer service, the employees have no idea what is going on. Seems like no one has trained them to even manage the register. The website information does not give accurate times for delivery but regardless of an error on their part they took no responsibility. The employee that I talked to Brittany on the phone was rude and completely ignorant when it came to fixing a problem that they were responsible for. I'm beyond pissed. Don't buy from this store. The word INCOMPETENT is the only word that comes to mind when I think of Jaxx. – Marannee Scottolini
