What People Are Saying

I met the owner and the crew last year at the fair. They were friendly and helpful. even had coupons for penny prerolls. The smoke was enjoyable and on point. I will be visiting again when I roll thru Blue Springs… Great Job Guys!!! – jeff reid

My husband goes to this dispensary (that feels more like a boutique for high quality cannabis) 1 to 2 times a month for the last couple of years. They are always so good to him. They talked to him about the benefits of the different terpenes in the strands they have available. They helped him find the best strands with the terpene benefits that meet his specific needs as a medical cannabis card holder. He's been going there since they opened their 1st store in Blue Springs and has continued to go to them since they opened their newer store near main street. The owners and staff are so friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the products. Observing them as we wait in the very short lines for my husband's turn, they always take their time with each customer ensuring the best experience possible for each patron. There have been a couple of times that they weren't open because it's past closing time or an advertisement for another dispensary has caught my husband's attention so we go try a different store. Every single time we've done this, my husband has said that hands down, Jelly Leaf is the best place to go. If you are looking for a high quality dispensary with a lot of great products to choose from, this is 100% the perfect place to go. – Nicci Heagy

A chill, laid-back, Ma & Pa -like shops. Very wise and knowledgeable about their strains, w/ a diverse selection to choose from. – Patrick Kuhlman

MOLD!!!!!! MOLD!!! MOLD !!! FLOWER MOLD. BEWARE. And they reached out to the owners and took it back in there. Of course they kept the packaging. But this flower tasted like straight up musty basement! You could not see it with a naked eye, but you could definitely taste it. Took it in there and the owners were kind of combative an argumentative about it. Of course no one wants to admit they have mold on their product but just beware! I have never in my life encountered this but I have at this location in Blue springs.Buyers beware. I purchased marijuana from Jelly Leaf Dispensary and could actually taste the mold, which is a serious health risk. The product was unusable. When I reported this issue, the owners were not kind and were adamant that there was no mold. Although they eventually replaced the product, this experience highlights poor quality control and customer service. Consumers deserve safe products and respectful treatment. EDIT / RESPONSE TO OWNER: I am updating my review to correct multiple false statements made in the owner’s response. I did not return to the store twice asking for free or additional product. That is false. I returned once to request a small piece of the product I had already returned, so I could examine it myself under a black light for possible mold. I was not asking for free marijuana, nor asking anyone to waste product. Staff stated the original bag had been thrown away. After going to the back room, a small nugget was suddenly produced, but the original packaging was not brought out for verification, and I was not allowed to confirm that what I was shown was in fact my returned product. The store did not have a black light available. I examined the product at home using my own black light, which showed signs consistent with mold. I contacted the owner to report this and was asked to bring my personal black light to the store so they could test their own product. I declined to return and will not be going back. Additionally, when staff smoked product with me in-store, it was done using a dirty, unsanitary chamber, further calling into question cleanliness and handling practices. After using the product I purchased, I experienced a severe sore throat that felt like I swallowrd glass, lasting three days, which prompted my concern in the first place. I raised this issue in good faith based on health and safety. I stand by my experience. Consumers deserve clean products, safe practices, and respectful treatment when legitimate concerns are raised. I am posting this solely to clarify the record. I raised a concern after experiencing physical throat irritation following use of a product. I did not make a medical diagnosis, nor did I accuse the business or staff of intentional wrongdoing. I was simply bringing it to their attention. Thinking they wouldn't want to sell contaminated product. The product was returned and inspected. A replacement was offered and accepted at that time as a goodwill gesture. Acceptance of a replacement does not invalidate my experience or remove my right to share it. I did not decline transparency; I chose not to continue further interaction once the situation became uncomfortable. NO false statements were made on my part. I am not engaging further. I have shared my experience so others may make their own informed decisions. This matter is closed. – Misty Hollingsworth
