He was not only knowledgeable about every strain and product, but also took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. His recommendations were spot-on, and his friendly, welcoming vibe made the whole visit genuinely enjoyable. First time here and I was very impressed and the staff was really nice. The guy helping me was Irv and he was very knowledgeable, patient (I asked a millions questions lol) and helped guide me to get me some meds that actually worked for my pain. Highly recommend and if you go, get Irv for your budtender, he's awesome!!! – Robert Indrisie
I decided to come check this place out despite the 116-degree heat and made the effort to walk there. Upon arrival, the gentleman at the front was very welcoming, which I appreciated. At the counter, I was recommended a 3.5g product. However, I wasn’t informed ahead of time that the store is cash only, so I had to use the onsite ATM, which included an extra fee. When I returned to make the purchase, I was told they couldn’t sell it to me because I was two cents short. I’ve been to dispensaries all over the country and have never encountered such a lack of flexibility or customer care over such a minor amount. This experience came off as petty and showed a disregard for basic customer service—especially considering the effort I made just to get there. Businesses like this need to understand the value of building relationships and treating customers with a bit of grace. Based on this experience, I won’t be recommending this place to anyone. – Booboop TV
