This place is amazing! Everything is so clean and organized. From the second you walk in you feel welcomed and safe. Aidan and Zack helped me immediately making sure I knew what I was getting and got the best choice for me. Angie checked me out and was such a sweetheart. Prices are very reasonable. Without going into to much detail I will say that the staff doesn’t know as much as it appears and basically give you responses based on what the computer tells them after sorting by your preferences ( brand, strain, hybrid, Indica, sativa). They are definitely overpriced. Yes they are friendly, but I don’t need friends. I need someone who is knowledgeable and understands if you have someone coming in telling u they smoked weed 25 years and wanted a half oz. Of high thc Indica and then suggesting to them a product. It should be mentioned that the product is not regular buds bud “ground flower”. Unfortunately I realized after I made the purchase. It is shake, as fine as sand that ends up falling from the joint or ends up in your mouth. Called back up just to tell them that it is important to tell your customer if you are selling them shake because at least for myself it is definitely a giant difference. An employee answered and was very helpful advising me to come back and he’ll take care of me. So I do and they give me an 8th. Yes a kind gesture but nothing close to the half ounce of actual “bud” I hoped for. Thanks for the 8th. But no thanks on future business. I write this as I am spitting out weed grinds and becoming increasingly annoyed at the lack of providing me with an equal exchange for a product I wouldn’t have ever bought had I not been referred to by their employee. – D T
