I made it to Key last night at pretty much closing time (I’ve been in customer service for years and as a AGM myself I know they were in the process of shutting down the night). I simply asked for a sativa and I wasn’t even sure about what my second quarter would be (to get the deals/discount). I did however as and took advice from Ryan S and so happy I did! He was correct with his advice and even let me add one more item. They had me bagged and out of the door at close, happily may I add. I can’t wait to go back and work with Ryan S and the rest of the Key team in the future. They are the best! 10 out of 10 with 100% TIPS!! – Crystal Shelton

Crews nice enough, but management isnt. Had a faulty cart that doesn't hit at all and had been instructed to bring it in to be replaced. I do that when I'm able to, but that day is day 8 of a return policy which means no joy for me. 1 day outside the policy and I'm stuck with the faulty product they sold me. I was told they were protecting their bottom line as the manufacturer wouldn't take it back so they wouldn't be taking a loss. Hope the $50 was worth protecting, you lost a weekly regular. Happy to give my business where customer service is valued. There are so many others these days anyway. – Tim Martin
