⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great Service from McKenzie and Madeleine! I recently had an issue after buying a Nerd Bar from this location — the device I purchased on May 28th appeared to be expired based on the sticker on the package. When I first brought it up in-store, I was unfortunately dismissed by a male employee who gave me mixed explanations and didn’t handle the situation well at all. I left feeling frustrated and unheard. After reporting the issue to the state, the investigator encouraged me to go back to the store and try to resolve it directly — and I’m really glad I did. When I returned, McKenzie and Madeleine were the ones who helped me, and they completely turned the experience around. They listened, were polite, professional, and straightforward, and handled everything respectfully. They replaced the product for me without hassle and charged me the correct price — $60 — which is what I originally paid when I first bought one, rather than the $75 I was charged for the questionable product. I walked out satisfied, and I really appreciate the way they took care of the situation. It’s clear they care about doing right by their customers. I hope management takes note of how well McKenzie and Madeleine handled it, and that they use this as a chance to improve how all staff approach customer service. This place is rad. Good quality weed, super cute weed stuffs, but my favorite thing is that both times I’ve gone in and had questions they have been able to find me someone that knows their shit and took the time to help me find the product that would help my on a chemical level. – Elizabeth Drapiza
The service is usually good but I've spent so much money on carts from them that are completely melted and unusable used to be my favorite dispo wouldn't shop there until this problem gets sorted. Side note I only have this problem with this brand from this location never ever had this problem from litterlay anywhere else – Nichole delany

We checked out the rec side and it’s very nice! The receptionist and the woman that took our order were very helpful and nice, especially since we hadn’t shopped rec in years. The displays are so nice and it’s a great atmosphere. The cashier seemed like he may had been having a bad day, but hey everyone does. The bud itself smells nice and was exactly what we were looking for too! Definitely will be returning! – Kassandra Girdler
