I haven’t tried out their other locations or other dispensaries but this one provides so I don’t need to venture out. Great supplies, always have great deals going on! Love their point system! Zero stars! Whoever was the security guard at the ID checkpoint thing 9/28 needs to be let go. It’s been a long time since I’ve been treated that poorly as a customer of any establishment and I don’t leave bad reviews. You guys earned this one and for every time I come back and that guy still there I will leave another one. You should really consider at the very least talking with that person. They need to learn the word please and thank you. Would make their job easier and the customer experience better which is the whole reason to be in business in the first place. That person was so rude from the second. I walked into the door until I actually left. They were able to still be rude. I actually feel sorry for them. I feel sorry for you guys. The experience was OK. The wait was long. Definitely some things that could be improved, but the biggest thing is that guy at the door needs to definitely be working in a factory somewhere because facing customers that’s going to lose money for you guys long-term.
