What People Are Saying

Terrible customer service! Never seen a "kind person" with such an attitude at the front and didn't have the decency to tell my Happy Birthday after mentioning we were in town for the first time celebrating! Bought a gram of wax but honestly regret spending money there! – Dimer805 _

Honestly, there are many other dispensaries you can buy from. You are not missing anything here. I went to resolve an overcharge on a purchase. We entered calmly, explaining that it was just a misunderstanding, but she became agitated, assuming someone was attacking her. From that moment on, her attitude was extremely rude. You can check the security cameras and see that we were never disrespectful, while she chose to tell me that what I was saying made no sense. It’s worth noting that her attitude, gestures, and trembling hands made me think she might have been under the influence of something—which I’m not going to judge—but if it affects your work performance, I don’t think that’s acceptable. It was a very unpleasant situation, especially considering that Kinds People is not an inexpensive establishment. Employees should be friendlier, otherwise I’d rather take my friends somewhere else. – Viloria Taylor

Madison has helped me frequently. She is knowledgeable and gives honest and helpful advice. – Johnny V

First time experience in a dispensary visiting from CHS, SC. Everyone was so nice and professional; the displays were very clean and organized and the customer service was extraordinary. I want to point out Javier P. especially for the help and time he spent with me to get many different products. I know this business will only continue to do better and better! – Ryan Deaton

Our favorite dispo in Santa Cruz! We stop in every time we visit. Staff is great! – anne cantwell
