I have been going here for a few years now and felt compelled to leave a review. I have been to most dispensaries in the Baltimore area and this one stands out and is the one I keep going back to. Their people are so friendly, knowledgeable, and always looking out for their customers. They open up the conversation to make sure you are getting the best option for your needs. I cannot say enough about this place. Thank you, and keep it up! Edit to add, my last 2 trips in particular is what inspired me to leave a review. Kip is the place to go! It’s not corporately owned & it supports women & black-owned businesses plus they have a soft spot for rescued animals. The people who work here are truly knowledgeable, helpful & fun! This is my spot end of story. I’m always in and out regardless of the line. I use the drive through and it’s always smooth sailing. Riquel(sp!?) helped me at my most recent visit. She was professional, polite and had my order available quickly. I used to live in Jarrettsville and would make the hike here. Now I fortunately live right down the street. I’m a medical patient. I like to come here regularly. I Placed a pickup order with a time slot pickup that was supposed to be between 10:30 and 11:00. I work until 9pm most days and live a little bit away. I would love to know why I got to drive 40 minutes, with an order is completed conformation, for them to tell me “it was a little busier today so we closed early”. I arrived at 10:47, well within the allotted pickup time. Why say my order is complete when I can’t come pick it up? Why are you guys closing early and not telling people, still allowing them to place orders? 0/5, will not be coming back, wasted my time, gas, and patience. – Crossman 610
