KURE Dispensary Eldorado Walk-in & Drive-Thru

Had the pleasure of interacting with Joe today. He is a very knowledgeable and delightful person. I appreciated his patience and kindness. This place has something for everyone! It’s very clean & doesn’t have an overwhelming smell. I definitely recommend this spot to anyone in the area. – Victoria Poitras

Shady employees from top to bottom. Uninformed bud tenders. Seemingly inebriated employees on the job, and poorly informed on the products. Shop at Blazed instead. Better product, and honest, and helpful employees – Paul Trolly

I haven't purchased anything from ANY location of Kure since I visited the Eldorado location back when they first opened in 2022. Imagine my shock when i just now logged into my online NM Health profile for the first time to find that somebody at this location used my medical cannabis card information to make multiple purchases without my knowledge, or consent. When I addressed this on the phone with one staff member, they admitted that there was an employee that had worked their in recent months that was ringing up recreational transactions, cancelling, re ringing them up on med patient accounts, and pocketing the tax money. I was totally shocked to hear this. He then said, we fired that employee, so there must be a new one doing it… – Brian Romero

New management has gotten worse on each visit. Last two visits have convinced me that this is not a good place for my hard earned money to support. Last visit I had the employee came out of the woods from behind me and followed me in. If I didn’t recognize him I would have been more alarmed. The guy was obviously some form of inebriated and wouldn’t be able to control his arms. Then talked about LSD and Shrooms. This is a dispensary not a place to talk about that stuff. I like compliance and dignity when buying cannabis. I used a debit card and wasn’t even asked if I wanted to change. That’s not okay but I was so uncomfy I wanted to leave. This time around same weird habit the employee came from the woods behind the parking lot mid phone call. Talking about putting them on hold and if it takes too long they’ll hang up. I guess customers are not this locations focus. I don’t think selling cannabis is either based off of the quality of work here. You can do better but lost my business and respect. – Jose Mercado

I went today, and the counter-help was so messed up, his eyes were rolling back in his head, and he reeked of alcohol. He didn't want to help me or sell me anything, and left right behind me, and closed the store at 3pm. I tried calling the other Kure stores, but none of them answered the phone, and they don't empty their voice mailboxes, either, so it's not possible to leave a message. Go to Sacred Garden or someplace else, as these people don't care about customers or the staff they hire. I'm done with Kure. The last time I went in, the same guy was there, and he was so messed up that he made me uncomfortable. – Mimosa Chan
