I give 3 stars cuz they have good deals and products. However, they have two separate lines. One for online orders and one for walk ins. Every-time I place an online order, it’s to save time, right? That’s the point of an online order? While the Budtenders are nice and all, they always say “I can help who’s next”, which creates an awkward exchange with the person in the walk in line. An I always end up going last cuz the walk in line was there first. So what’s the point of having an online order line? Every other dispensary I go to prioritizes the online orders. – Koda Jones
I am so disappointed with this dispensary after being suddenly banned a day after I had purchased flower. I was not told why I was banned. I feel like it makes no sense as most of the bud-tenders know me (I was a regular) and have always had nothing but good experiences up until now. If I was banned why can’t I know what I even did to cause it? I have recommended this place to tons of friends and now I will be telling people to avoid going as they too might be banned for absolutely nothing. I left respectfully when I was told I was banned and that I couldn’t come back but I’m very upset how it was handled and that I wasn’t informed on what caused the initial ban. – Shae Mcraw
This store seems to have some really bad organizational issues when it comes to staff it feels like different people are there everyday because the turn around rate is so bad. The only time I had a good experience is when the budtender amir was helping me because he truly cared about the product he was selling. – Delaney Arnold
Wow. I am pretty blown away right now, but I think it should be said. Please do not buy any sort of cartridges from this location. Per the manager, if you buy a pen, and it actually has a manufactering error… They will not replace it for you. You will waste your money. Shame on you, that is just bad business, attempting to force people into buying new batteries, and products, when all they wanted you to do was honor the exchange. I also have multiple chemical sensitivity, and went off like crazy in your location… As well as struggle with your bags. I will not be returning. You just lost me as a customer today. There are plenty of other dispensaries that will actually do the right thing, and honor a valid exchange instead of waste your money. 👎👎👎 – Anonymous
Be careful of fake “5 stars” reviews. Most of them from within 3 months are Local Roots own employees. Don’t go here if you expect good business or even a somewhat decent store manager. She is rude, short tempered & rarely can help when asked by patrons, as well as belittle her employees. The turnover rate of employees for this store alone should be enough. Don’t expect the owners to understood actual complaints, just prepare for a “Copy & Paste” response (Look at past negative reviews with their responses) to your complaint. Terrible prices, terrible inventory, terrible store manager. Will not be returning or telling anyone for that matter to shop here and experience that type of treatment. – MAC & Premium
