These new folks ain't it. I've been a bud tender and never in my life did an out of state ID need management to check it. I hate the customer service here and it's not worth it when there's so many better ones in the same area. All new people. No respect for online orders. Super slow service. No customer service experience. And its someone's "birthday" today so she was SLOW and in the WAY.
