I was sold 2.5 ounces of flower riddled with bud rot and mystery black detritus and my visit right before that: I was sold 3 bunk 1 GRAM cartridges out of the 5 I bought, ONLY 2 OUT OF FIVE worked (but they also leaked)! After taking an hour out of my day driving all the way over there to return this very unhealthy subpar product that I paid $500 for ($450 plus a very generous tip of $50, like I always do) I was treated dismissively and rudely by Shawn, the guy working there, and was told I couldn’t return it because it’s flower (still sealed in the jars they sold it to me in while telling me returns were good for 30 days). Not only are both their flower and cartridges overpriced unhealthy garbage, so is their customer service. I was told to call the owner, so I left and got all the way home but wasn’t given the owners number so I called the Portland store I was just at and the same guy said “Hey! Why’d you leave! I was calling the owner!!” And I had to say, was that as I was walking out the door and had to stop and literally ask you for an apology for the absolute trash product and experience overall? Because you let me walk right out after that part… no calls or attempts to contact the owner for me were made, just scoffing, smirking and shrugging. I’ve spent thousands of dollars here; well, I USED TO!!!!! soaked one of the buds in white vinegar in a sealed jar overnight and got these results… 👎🧐🤢🤮I’ve been wondering why I haven’t been able stop coughing (since coming here)… I’ll be returning most of it minus the 2 eighths I had sent out for proper testing this afternoon… I will update as this pans out. EDIT: the owner claims to have called me twice, below and I’ve gotten zero calls, not to mention I wouldn’t know their number or name anyway since I wasn’t provided that relative information but judging from reviews on multiple other platforms like Yelp etc, this is their M.O.!!! Owner or Someone that needs to do their job and help me: WHAT NUMBER DO I CALL YOU to return all of this trash? – Peter Birlem
This was one of the only dispensaries I’ve ever gone to that when you lit the pre-rolls that they don’t canoe eventually. I know that half of that has to do with how it is ignited, however, this from them, which had “Florida” in the title burnt and pulled beautifully. I’m not sure what it is, and I’m sure our ruffle feathers by making this statement but, every time I’ve gone in there, which is only been about three times…. The dudes in front are cold, unfriendly, and to a certain degree intimidating. When I’ve asked them questions their responses are quick and short and delivered in a manner that one would only interpret as “annoyed”. I thought maybe it was just, after the first time it happened, a bad day for them. But then, the second time and third their behavior was the same. Maybe it’s just me, I’m not sure. But definitely something to think about. – Kenneth Geon
Really good place they have good strains everything here seems to be top end quality with smell, color and flavor. They seem to have a few strains on shelf normally that you just can't get anyplace nearby with a bit of better then average prices too. Tip to anyone who vapes cartridges you can twist the tops of the ones in from Landrace hash Co to add some oil to the joints you smoke 🤙 – James Markley
