This place was nice, awesome wall murals, very friendly staff at the counter. My only issues was at the door it states the different type of IDs needed to get past and Tribal ID was at the top of that list. I handed the young man working my Tribal ID, he looked at it and said this do you have something else? I told him this is a Federal Accepted ID but he continued to tell me it would take to long. Okay, where to start… Prices? ABSURD. Service? Non-existent. Knowledge? Oh please. They put directly on their menu "taxes need to be lowered", yet they're charging $70 for a one gram vape cart. 6 dispensaries in Michigan (2 hours east) run vape carts for at most $40, but that's live resin and top grade. But at most of them, Regular carts are $40 for SIX OF THEM. Then the cashier has the audacity to lie and say "Michigan just jacked their taxes to highest in the country"…umm, when I place an online order from directly outside the store and see the same 15% that's been there for years, it shows the character of those working there. They have no knowledge, they lie to get business, then have the audacity to make excuses about "it's a new market"…in what world is 3 years legal and a year of licensing "new". Spoiler, it takes 45 days to grow, can be cured in a week, and can be to market in under 3 months. It's been 4x that length of time and the "we're new" excuses are supposed to suffice? Nah bro. And heaven forbid the tribal suppliers be utilized…it's not like they have product, testing, distribution, and all necessary infrastructure in place already to make the rollout better… seriously, don't waste your time. The store is mostly empty, no easy parking or pay-to-park, and shady tactics (lying about another place to make yours look better). Use literally any other dispo, you'll be happier. And don't get me started on their lack of promos. If you're so new, why aren't you trying to reel folks in with good promos, first time buyer deals, and actual knowledge? – Dylan Ray
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Experience! We stopped in yesterday to Legacy Cannabis in Duluth and were blown away by the customer service. The store has such a cool vibe…great music, awesome mural, and an overall welcoming atmosphere. Lacey and Corey were incredible! Both were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. They took the time to explain products, answer questions, and make sure we left with exactly what we needed. It’s rare to find a shop with this level of energy and genuine care. Took a trip up North to ride out at Spirt Mtn (rad spot) and had to stop at Legacy up here (love there Woodbury dispensary). Blown away again by this location – amazing budtenders who actually know about cannabis (rare in my experiences across the country). We talked terps, strains, grow tecnhinques! They just got in some live resin carts which were DELICIOUS and so glad they have options that are not just disty. MUST STOP HERE if your in northern MN! Love Legacy! – Amanda Johnson
