As someone who lives in the cities where there are so many smoke shops, this one really exceeded my expectations. Calvin, one of the team members at Legacy, was SO knowledgeable and helpful with all of the products they had and the questions I came in with. I was really blown away by the cleanliness and how nice the shop looked. This has definitely become my new go-to/favorite stop in Duluth! :) I will definitely be buying one of the cute t-shirts or sweatshirts next time I'm up! – Aubrey Ripken
