The bud tender Brody had excellent knowledge of the flower I was looking for. He suggested to try some Blackberry Caviar which was fire. He also gave me the 30% discount for the day. Thanks Brody, I’ll be back soon. – Joel David
The employee ,jonathon, was great with his help i chose something from top shelf. The problem was I couldnt see it because of the packaging, and it had seeds all in it. The quality was not bad, but priced at 58 dollars, I would expect better than "not bad", plus the seeds, not cool man. I will probably never go back, or maybe i will just to complain… Less than 1 mile from my house, its a shame – mary roberson
Jonathon was super friendly and knowledgeable! Most of the time when I go in these places, I have no clue what to order and I just kind of sound like a Rambling idiot. But!!!! Jonathon was able to help me out and kind of direct me in the right way towards what I was looking for. It’s always nice when you can find solid stuff and know the product know what they’re talking about and can present it in a way that’s understandable to everybody. 10/10. – Kira Wagoner
I’ve spent *literally* thousands of $$$$ here. After this last time, never again. I bought a completely defective cart. I tried heating it up, I tried different temps, different batteries. It won’t draw. I tried until I turned blue. I came into the store because they used to have a defective product exchange policy. First they had me test the cart on their battery. Wouldn’t draw. So the tender took it to the manager, spent 10 minutes back there, gave it back to me and said “look it’s warm. It’s working. We can’t exchange this. You have to draw harder on some unfortunately”, then mentions it could be how I store my carts. When I bring up the fact that the cart is getting so hot when I try to draw that product is leaking out of the bottom and into my battery. She goes to the manager again (who really, is rude as hell) and the manager says “it’s so easy to clean. Take some alcohol and qtips”. I bring said cartridge home to try again…. Still defective. Still doesn’t draw. Still leaking product. 10/10 don’t shop here guys. Take your business somewhere worthy. – Alice Wildharber
