Lenox Hill Cannabis Co. on the Upper East Side is fantastic! One of only a few, fully-legal & licensed dispensaries in NYC/Manhattan. Any one of age can visit and buy whatever they desire for recreational use from a huge and vast supply of cannabis products (e.g. flower, pre-rolls, edibles, oils…and more). Their bud-tenders are polite, knowledgeable, and very friendly. Their prices are also very competitive! Disappointing buying experience compounded by unprofessional response to feedback.​ Visited Lenox Hill Cannabis Co. recently and was met with a less than satisfactory experience. The staff seemed disinterested, and the product knowledge was lacking – when I asked about products available, they acted like I was wasting their time. When I left a one-star review detailing my concerns, the business responded by questioning the authenticity of my account, labeling it as 'highly likely Fake.' This dismissive attitude towards customer feedback is concerning.​ Positives None. Product is low quality. Negatives Unprofessional response to customer reviews. Great staff and product, very friendly and knowledgeable, been here many times since turning turning legal. Today however, awful security guard, despite showing him a perfectly valid id he proceeds to yell at me to get out for no reason except that I look young. Unfortunately won’t be returning – Tom L
I have been a customer of this location since the day it opened, however after my visit last week I will not be returning. An employee at this location was wearing the scarf made famous by an internationally recognized terrorist organization. When I called to speak to an owner/manager to express my concerns I was told that they would not ask the employee to remove it. Would it be acceptable for an employee to wear a k l a n hood? Would blackface be acceptable for an employee? I attempted to reach the owner several times to discuss and have not heard back. AVOID! – michael i
