Today I went to liberty dispensary and purchased 1/8 of flower. When I got home and opened it the flower was SO dry that it literally pulverized. It became dust…. Now I’m not above smoking older stuff but usually when you buy older stuff it’s at a discount dispensary. It’s dry as hell but when I’m paying 60 bucks for an OZ I’m fine with it. This was close to 40 beans after fees and taxes. I’m ok with that price assuming the product is maybe less old than its lesser priced counterparts but it was actually worse. For another 20 bucks I could have gotten 8 times the amount and had it be better quality or at least slightly fresher. The kicker was when I opened the bottle it wasn’t even sealed. When I called the place I was offered to speak with a manager. She got on the phone and proceeded to cut me off several times while I tried to talk to her. She justified the terrible deal by stating that the flower was old but not expired. I just hung up…their bad business practice and poor customer service will eventually just eliminate the business as their superior competitors eat them alive with better deals and better product. Just visited this place today to pick up a few things and I impressed. The shop has a beautiful lay out with cool displays scattered about. The room is vibrant, the staff knowledgeable and the pricing is solid. They have a wide variety of options for all smokers whether you prefer sativa, indica or a hybrid, they'll probably have what you're looking for. The only con here is that they don't accept debit/credit cards which I find a bit silly in this day and age. Still worth a visit! – Jerry

I was having such a great time already I forgot to get the name of my budtender, Cashier 49669. She was so nice and helpful making sure I got what I needed! Kolby is the best. He is always ahead of the curve with recommendations. And has a great sense for quality. His customer service is unparalleled. His manner is that of a medical agent not a recreational one. I appreciate you for taking time with a medical patient. *FYI: Liberty/CCC Medical Reciprocity between Recreational & Medical should be a thing. I should be able to utilize my medical card at any recreational dispensary in the state who also operates at least one medical facility! Without it, patients are restricted/limited in our options for medicinal care. Or forced to pay tax due to a line not available or not carried by the medical facility but usually is carried in recreational. – T Latta
